Peach Panna Cotta

Assalamualaikum wbt...salam ramadhan semua...ermm tgk picture kt atas tuh aduhaiii telan air liur berpuluh kali....panas sgt22 ni..arini rs paling panas kot kt jepon nih..sampai ade tmpt tuh mencecah 40degree..mcm duk fadang fasir daaaaa.....
dessert kt atas ni adalah olahan dr mango panna cotta...ermm biase laa kan..kalo da masak tuh mcm2 nk derhaka laa..nk test la..nk eksperimen la...tp ini bkn nk derhaka ke nk ape...ini sbb da xdak stok mango..hanya ade peach aje....huhu..layan aje la kehendak anak tekak kalo dah nk sgt22 makan panna cotta kan...resepi ni asalnye dr gert tp kite derhakaa maaannnyaak tau utk resepi ni huhu..layan yer...

Peach Panna Cotta
Resepi Asal: Gert ~ My Kitchen Snippets
Olahan : Sabar ShiawaseMrsBangpek

Bahan-bahan:
7 grm gelatin (1 packet) + 3 tbsp of water | saba pakai 4 gm
2 ½ cups full cream milk | saba pakai 150ml whipping cream + 400 ml full cream milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

1 tin buah peach – cut into small cubes or puree


1. Mix the gelatin and water together and set it aside to bloom.
2. Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook over low medium heat until bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan.
3. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and stir in the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into six ramekins or cups. At this stage you can add in some cut mango and refrigerate until set or you can serve it with some mango puree.
