Ujikintoki @ Matcha Kakigori

Assalamualaikum wbt...kpd sape2 yg fanas.....dahaga....mood tgh rs nk marah kt org...ape kata mai sini perasa dgn matcha kakigoorii nih..hehe...sedaaappp..dgn cuace jepun yg tgh jap fanas jap arini ujan ni...best jgkk melayan kakigoori nih...
sedikit info..
"Japanese shaved ice is called kakigori. There are a variety of flavors, and a traditional kind is Uji-kintoki which is flavored with green tea syrup and anko (sweet azuki beans). Sweetened condensed milk is often poured."...
ok dah tak perlu saba terangkan bukan..musti dah faham yerrr anak2..hehehe..

Ujikintoki @ Matcha Kakigori                                        

Ingredients:                                                                      

  • 1 tsp green tea powder
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp anko
  • ice cubes or a block of ice

Preparation:

Dissolve green tea powder and granulated sugar in 2 Tbsp of hot water. Cool the syrup and put in a small serving bowl. Shave ice over the green tea syrup, using a home shaved ice machine. Top with anko. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the ice.

Rich Chocolate Ice Cream

Assalamualikum wbt..mata dah mule ngantuk laa plak..time tgh semangat giler nk update blog nih..adehh...td br bpe minit ottosan kite call..aduhaii laki bini mmg hati tisu lah...xleh duk jauh...even ottosan naik kapal main laut jepon ni jek pon...hny smpi laut matsuyama...tp dah name suami isteri kan...musti laa rindu rinduan nak2 time pose nih...saba plak mmg manje dgn ottosan...adoii bile ottosan xdak...kosong jekk rase....nanges jelaa time ckp..huuhuh...
ok stop ckp feeling2 nih..kite ckp psl aiskrim plak..hihiih...saba buat ni mgu lepas...atas permintaan ottosan jgk sbb die nk sgt2 makan bnd2 yg bercoklat..die mmg hantu coklat sbny....dah dpt aiskrim nih...xtahu nk ckp la..diam xterkata die.....syok melayan aiskrim...maklumlah kan..time panas2 gini musti cr aiskrim...tp pose ni xsyok sgt la kan...kut2 terngap disiang hari xpasai...
ok layan resepi lak yer..saba amik resepi ni kt umah kak rose jintanmanis..sedap giler...mmg betol2 rich chocolate la...halalkan resepinye yerr kak..

Rich Chocolate Ice Cream

Bahan-bahan:
400ml whipping cream

100gram coklat masakan | saba lebihkan 250gm sbb nk lebih rs coklat atas permintaan ottosan
2 sudu besar serbuk koko@ 2 sudu kecil coklat emulco
1/2 cawan gula
2 biji telur
2 biji kuning telur
50ml susu segar


Cara-caranya
1. Potong kecil-kecil coklat masakan, jika menggunakan serbuk koko, campurkan sedikit air panas supaya menjadi pes, di dalam periuk masukkan 50ml susu segar dan 50ml whipping cream bersama coklat masakan serta pes koko, biarkan coklat larut dan ketepikan, pastikan api yang digunakan perlahan dan haruslah sentiasa dikacau. Setelah semuanya larut dan sebati, tutup api dan ketepikan.
2. Kemudian di dalam bekas lain, satukan telur dan kuning telur serta gula, pukul sedikit menggunakan hand whisker, satukan bancuhan coklat cair tadi dan kacau sebati, selepas itu, panaskan air didalam periuk dan masak menggunakan cara double boiler, kacau sehingga adunan menjadi pekat. tutup api dan sejukkan sebentar.
3. Di dalam mangkuk adunan pukul baki whipping cream sehingga creamy dan kental, akhir sekali satukan adunan coklat dan kacau hingga semuanya sebati, sejukkan di bahagian freezer peti ais sekurang-kurangnya 4 jam atau semalam. Sedia untuk dinikmati bersama sos coklat dan badam cincang. Selamat Mencuba

Mango Gelato


Assalamualaikum wbt.....kling...kling....kling....kling.....sape nk aiskrimmmmm angkat muke......huhuuhh....mango gelato yg superb...resepi asal dr italy..arituh makan kt mitsukoshi takamatsu..terus jatuh cintan i.....balik terus google jumpe resepi nih...but dulu pernah buat gelato choc chip...tp xpki yogurt...sangat la mantap gelato nih....kite siap buat 1 tupperware lg...mcm xlame jek kejap jek leh habiskan...skg rsenye gelato ke aiskrim ke ape ke segala bende2 sejuk dan sewaktu dengannye wajib ade dlm peti ais..kalo x meroyan sorg2 dlm umah ni sbb nk bnd sejuk basahkan tekak..ok resepi dpt dr kak yani myresepi..tengs yee kak kite kopipes kt sini ehhhh


Mango Gelato

Bahan - bahan:

  • 400g mango(3 biji) | disebabkan japan susah nk jumpe mango saba pakai 3 tin mango in syrup
  • 300g plain yogurt
  • 3 sudu mango kordial | ni saba tambah
  • sedikit buah buahan kering dan cherry sbg hisaan | saba tambah


Cara Memasak:
  1. Potong mango kecil-kecil dan bekukan.
  2. Masukkan yogurt ke dalam beg plastik. Ratakan biar jadi nipis dan bekukan.
  3. Setelah kedua-duanya beku. Masukkan pula ke dalam food processor. Mix sehingga smooth.
  4. Siap untuk dihidangkan. Kalau nak keraskan sikit boleh simpan dalam freezer lebih kurang 20~25minit.

Homemade Matcha Ice cream

Assalamualaikum wbt...cuace panas2 mcnih sure rs nk basahkan tekak kan....nak2 kalo dpt ice cream...ni feveret kite sejak duk nihon kite mmg dr kecik suke mkn ice cream....tuh smpi kene pakai braces tuh..(huhu eh ade kaitan ke??)....ermm kalo kite kuar jalan2 dgn ottosan..sure die belikan aiskrim...xkisah laa musti kite pilih matcha...die coklat...die mmg dah faham sgt2 dah....so kene la try buat sndri utk memuakan tekak mase kt kagawa arituh....leh kate byk kali buat...mase raye tahun lepas kite ade buat nih..smpi xcukup..hahaha....malu plak rase buat sikit sgt....resepi ni kite da godek kt japanesefood nye homepage...mudah dan sedap..tp kite derhaka sikit tmbh 1 sudu susu pekat nk rase ala2 haagen daz....ceh kunun kan ntah same ke x....kite kopipes jek resepi yer..malas nk translate.....org yg dpt english dan bm taraf " bijak tahap dewa" nih...ishhh malu la nk translate..ade merapu ntah ke mane nnti....

Homemade Matcha ice cream

Matcha green tea flavored ice cream is a perfect dessert to serve after a Japanese-style meal.

Ingredients:


  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 5 Tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 Tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • 3 Tbsp hot water

Preparation:

Mix hot water and green tea powder together in a bowl and set aside. Lightly whisk egg yolks in a pan. Add sugar in the pan and mix well. Gradually add milk in the pan and mix well. Put the pan on low heat and heat the mixture, stirring constantly. When the mixture is thickened, remove the pan from the heat. Soak the bottom of the pan in ice water and cool the mixture. Add green tea in the egg mixture and mix well, cooling in ice water. Add whipped heavy cream in the mixture and stir gently. Pour the mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze, following instructions of the ice cream maker. Or, pour the mixture in a container and freeze, stirring the ice cream a few times.
*Makes 4-6 servings
