Strawberries Panna Cotta



Assalamualaikum wbt....salam jumaat...huhu bile sebut jumaat sedih gak nih....arini jumaat terakhir di bumi sakura...di japan la..sbb minggu depan dah jumaat di malaysia....waaa sedih2...knp yer hati ni bile makin dekat nk balik makin teramat sedih nih..hati tisu betol la....huhuhuh

ok layan resepi strawberries panna cotta ok..arituh tersimpan byk plak stok strawberry dlm peti..tp ni bukan made in japan tau..tp imported US....tp stilll amai...sedapp.......manis giler.....bile dah byk..siap buat millie feullies...balance buntu nk buat ape..kang dibior berkulat plak kan...so kene laa dessert yg sedap gini utk menambat hati suami hihihi..ok layan resepi ni tau...eceli kite tgk kt umah kak ita...tp resepi ni adaptasi dr resepi mango panna cotta dr gert ...layan yer..



STRAWBERRIES PANNA COTA
Adaptasi dari resepi : MANGO PANNA COTA

source saba: kak ita masam manis
7 grm gelatin (1 packet) + 3 tbsp of water
2 ½ cups full cream milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 ripe mango – cut into small cubes or puree
 

Mix the gelatin and water together and set it aside to bloom. 
Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook over low medium heat until bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan. 
Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and stir in the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolved. 
Pour the mixture into six ramekins or cups. At this stage you can add in some cut mango and refrigerate until set or you can serve it with some mango puree



STRAWBERRIES PANNA COTA

7 gm gelatin
3 camca besar air
2 1/2 cwn strawberries fresh milk
1/4 cawan gula halus
1 camca teh esen strawbery - klu tak de tak apa
6 biji strawbery - dipotong dadu
6 biji strawbery - dikisar untuk purinyer



Sedikit jelly konyaku segera - buat ikut cara pada peket jelly konyaku cuma lebihkan sedikit air supaya mendapat tekstur yg lembut.

Bancuh galatin bersama air hingga larut
Masak susu segar bersama gula sehingga timbul buih2 kecil
Angkat susu dari api dan masukkan esen strawbery serta larutan galetin.
Tunggu sehingga sejuk sedikit dan tuang 1/2 dalam gelas lutsinar.
Masukkan dlm pet ais selama 4 jam.
Letakkan kiub strawbery dan jelly konyaku, dan tuang semula baki susu dan simpan dalam peti sejuk semalaman
Bila telah keras letakkan puri strawbery diatasnyer. Makan sejuk2 memang best!
