Green Tea Tiramisu



Assalamualaikum wbt...ohayou....salam siaran buat semua......kabare yer? arini alhamdulillah masih lg berpeluang nk jenguk blog...hehe....even lmbt sikit nk update makin hari makin lambat..tp xpela..better late than never..kalo x bersarang ajee laa hard disk kite dgn gambar2...hehehe..

arini xmo la ckp byk...sbb masih byk kirije yg tertangguh...smlm berjaye jgk buat homemade mee kuning....dah pekene mee bandung seyes perot dapat mee...waduhh rs mcm nk menari2 atas meja pon ade hahaha...ok jom kite semak resepi aje laa yer...arini menu 'tersama' dgn kak ika...hahaha kembar betul resepi kite..tp kite bkn biscotti tp green tea..almaklumlaa kan..kite ni kalo green tea rs mcm nk telan 1 paket pon kite xkisah sbb suke gilerr....hihi...resepi kali ni kite jenguk dan kopipes dr ancoo...mekasih yer ann ...ehh die faham x bhs melayu nih hahaa....bile green tea digabung dgn cheese mmg sedap giler.....ok jomtgk resepi jom..




Green Tea Tiramisu

Adapted from the book ~ Okashi "sweet treats made with love" with slight modification

1 packet Savoiardi sponge fingers
250g Mascarpone Cheese
2 Egg yolks (about 40gs)
60g Icing sugar
100g Whipping cream
100g Fresh topping cream
10g Green tea powder 
90g Hot water ~ saba xgune sbb saba xcelup biskut dlm air utk elak biskut dr lembik

Method:
  • Combine egg yolks and icing sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until mixture thickens and becomes pale yellow in color. Add mascarpone cheese and mix well.
  • Whip up whipping cream and fresh topping cream together to peak form. Add whipped cream to the mascarpone cheese mixture and mix well with a hand whisk.
  • Place green tea powder in a small bowl and mix with hot water and stir well. Cut the sponge fingers to fit the size of the base of the serving cups. Quickly dip sponge finger in the green tea mixture, then place in serving cups.   ( utk step ni saba skip....sbb saba xcelup biskut dlm air green tea just letak aje dlm cawan...ni sbbnye utk elak dr biskut tuh lembik...hubby xsuke...so saba tukar serbuk green tea tuh saba masukkan ke dalam adunan mascarpone cheese)
  • Spoon mascarpone cheese mixture on top and dust more green tea powder over it and add remaining mascarpone cheese mixture. (OR spread half of mascarpone cheese mixture in a layer over soaked sponge fingers. Dip more sponge fingers into green tea mixture and place on top of mascarpone cheese layer. Spoon over remaining mascarpone cheese mixture)
  • Dust generously with green tea powder and refrigerate until required. Tiramisu can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days
